Rubberwear Explained - Rubber Fetish Clothing - Putting On Rubber Clothing
You like rubber and wearing rubberwear clothing. You have found loads of pictures and information about it on the Internet. The sight and the idea of a beautiful body in rubber turn you on. You have found a shop that sells what you like, ordered some stuff and you are ready to start enjoying your life as a rubber fetishist. Getting into rubber might proof to be a difficult task. It is not at all like putting on regular clothes. Even the tightest of textile clothes aren't as tight as a close fitting rubber garment. And each rubber item has its own way to put on. I am pretty sure every rubber lover has his or hers own methods of putting the rubber on. Below are my methods from head to toe. They might be helpful. But first some general tips.
General Tips On Putting On Rubberwear
Be sure you have read the 'Basic Care and Precautions With Rubberwear’ article. This will help understand why rubber needs special attention when putting it on. Then make sure your rubber item is complete and whole. Check for damages regularly. Even the slightest pinhole or weak spot can turn into a disastrous tear if it is put under tension by putting the item on. Then make sure you use a proper dressing-agent, like talcum powder or water-based lubricant. Rubber tends to stick to the skin, making it harder to put on. Talcum dries the skin and reduces the friction between skin and rubber. It is absorbed by the skin's natural moisture, so that after a little while, the rubber will stick to your skin again. Lubricant makes the rubber slippery. This will make the rubber slide over your skin easily. Most lubricants stay wet for a long time, especially under rubber, so that the rubber will remain slippery and will not stick to your skin. Both talcum and lube have their pros and con's. The choice is one of preference and taste, but either one is obligatory to put on rubber.
Talcum is best rubbed on on the inside of the garment. You could use a sponge, of just your hands. Lubricant is best poured in with the garment laying flat on a surface. Then you can disperse it by moving the layers of rubber against each other.
It needs no saying that under any rubber garment you should wear nothing. If you want to wear underwear under a rubber dress, get some rubber panties. It is possible to wear something else, but it will look ridiculous, since the rubber will follow every contour of what is underneath. That better be only your body, nothing else.
Rubber will, in any case, lead to a mess on your body after wearing it. It will leave a distinct smell. You will sweat underneath. Every person perspires, one a bit less then the other. Rubber doesn't allow any moisture to evaporate in air. It seals your body of from the outside world. Don't be surprised if you feel a stream of sweat running down your back. But anyhow, you will get wet under the rubber. In combination with talcum that will lead to what is known as 'The dreaded white stuff'; a milky mixture of sweat and talcum. Under the force of gravity, the moisture will try to find the lowest point. If your garment is open on the lowest point, the moist will eventually start dripping out. Don't wear your most expensive shoes!
Taking off the rubber is best done under a running shower. The warm water will make the rubber a bit more supple, and slippery as well. Be as careful with taking the rubber off as you have been with putting it on. The shower is also an excellent place to clean yourself and the rubber at the same time.
Always try to avoid overstretching the rubber. Seams and points where something like a zipper is glued in are especially vulnerable. The glue that is used to make rubber items can always be separated again, but more likely seams and additions are the starting point of a tear.
The last general tip is that you should always try to get the right size of your garment. Even while rubber is stretchy and flexible, it will be more comfortable and satisfying if it fits right. Bad fitting garments will tear more easily and will lead to pressure marks or even abrasions. Don't mistake discomfort for the feeling of tightness or even restraint by rubber.
Fetishist Rubberwear For The Head Head
How to put on a mask, depends on what kind of mask it is. It's evident that a zipper, or a lace-up closure makes putting the mask on easier. It is also evident that short hairdo's are easier under rubber then long (curly) hair. Longer hair is best combed backwards, using plenty of hair gel, or lubricant. The hood will ruin your hairdo anyway, so never mind about that.
A completely closed hood is best put on by putting your hands inside the neck of the hood, like you are praying, palms turned towards each other. Insert your hands up to the knuckles. Widen the neck of the hood by pushing your hands outwards. Bring the hood over your head as far as you can. Start with 'hooking' the back edge of the hood under the little bump on the back of your head, where your neck ends. Pull the hood forward and down over your face and ears. Make sure your ears aren't folded. You will notice you will need a lot of practice and strength to pull it down in one go. It is more likely that you will end up with the hood over your ears, eyes and nose and that your hands will get in the way. Never mind that. After you have come this far, the rest is a matter of adjusting the hood further down your face and neck. Don't pull the hood down by grabbing the edge, but try to get a finger or two under the rubber and lead it down.
A zippered or laced hood is best put on starting with your hands the same way inside the back of the hood. This time start at the front, hooking the mask under the chin. Move your hands in a waving matter over your ears, pulling the mask back. Any hair will be laid back also. When closing the zipper, run a finger under the zipper's runner, to prevent hair form getting caught in the zipper. After putting on the hood, minor adjustments can be made by putting a finger under the neck's edge, or under the edge of any opening for mouth, nose or eyes. If you have used plenty of dressing-agent, especially with lube, it is possible to rub the hood into place after putting it on.
Fetishist Rubberwear For The Hands
Gloves are a fantastic erotic addition to any outfit. Finding the right gloves is much less fantastic. Most gloves do not fit right. Most of them are molded in standard sizes, but most hands are not very standard. With tight fitting gloves you should use a generous amount of talcum or lube. Take the opening of the glove in two hands and fold/roll it up till you reach the wrist of the glove. Put in the fingers, with the thumb of the hand that holds the glove, in the palm of the hand that has to get into the glove. This allows you to keep a firm grip on the glove and allows you to use your free fingers to help the other fingers getting in. After the fingers are in place, pull the glove tight around the wrist and up the arm. Do this in a gentle movement, with little force, making semi-circular moves around your arm. The last wrinkles in long gloves can be rubbed out with a flat hand from the outside. You will notice the first glove is always easier to put on.
Fetishist Rubberwear T-shirts, Cocktail Dresses
Again, a zipper, lace or button closure makes it easier to put on. But the main thing is that the shirt or dress will most likely have a very narrow fit. Especially the waist. Most shirts or cocktail dresses are pulled on over the head. This means you will have to get the waist section around and over the shoulders and breast(s). In my case the shirts always get stuck just below my armpits. I have to struggle a bit to get a hold of the folded up edge of the shirt and to pull that down. A second person might be helpful with that. The main point of attention is, again, that you don't pull the rubber. Always try to ease the rubber along the body with a flat hand, or with a slightly bend finger. Sleeves, either short or long, should be liberally talcumed or lubed. Always do one arm at a time. Use the other hand to guide the rubber where you want it to go.
Fetishist Rubberwear Trousers and Leggings
By now you should understand that putting on rubber is a matter of patience and slow, cautious moves without force. That goes for things below the belt to. Trousers (less tight) and leggings (very tight) need some special attention at the ankles, knees, thighs, buttocks and crotch.
The ankles are wider then the feet and the lower calf. If the item has a tight fit, gently pull the (rolled or folded up) rubber over the feet. Guide it over the ankles and start unfolding it upwards. It is kind of like pulling on delicate nylons. This is best done with both thumbs on the inside and with the fingers slightly bend. Never tightly grasp the rubber and pull it up like that. Make semi-circular movements around the leg. You can stop just above the knee, to get the other leg in. Then continue going up, like you were doing before. At the thighs you might find it useful to put in a flat hand and lift the rubber from the skin a bit, gently guiding the rubber up. The same goes for the buttocks.
The crotch needs special attention, because this is a spot where the rubber will experience a lot of stretching. If the crotch of the item is not completely pulled up (so it sits a few centimetres below your own crotch) it will be stretched a lot when you move your legs. If you walk it will be stretched back and forth, if you spread your legs, it will be stretched sideways. So it is absolutely necessary that you pull the item up as far as it will go. Besides the practical reasons, it will also give a nice feeling down there!
Fetishist Rubberwear Long Dresses, Catsuits and the like
Everything said about separate items, about the caution with which you should handle rubber, and about the points of attention, go for big items too. But with one-piece body-covering items it is also necessary that the length of the body is taken into account, apart from the width. Always start with the legs and work up from there. Zippers are always the last things to do when putting on big pieces. With the zipper opened you can move and bend your body easily; with the zipper closed this might prove not that easy anymore.
